For a manager or owner of a business, it is better to hire a salesperson that is free to do anything to close the sale and I mean, telemarketing should already be a part of his/her job. The salesperson knows well about the client and their transactions and annoyance comes in when another person example the “telemarketer only” person joins the transaction.
